I've noticed a spate of threads in the forum in recent months, mostly focusing around queries like "hey my xxx hardware died, and i lost the receipt. i need to know if this thing is still claimable, as its still within the warranty period."

since im a lazy *******, and malas to respond to every single thread with similar questions, this thread will serve as a central repository of what I hope will be an actively updated list of the official distributors of specific brands of the various types of computer hardware available in Malaysia.

This thread will be essentially a work in progress. Feel free to add in with brands I may have missed out, so this thread can be updated on a regular basis.

actually i got a suggestion... cos most of the H/W Distri is not master distri ( got other distri ) So, to avoid confusion... i think its better to sort by warranty sticker, so that our LYN member can determine the H/W belongs to which distri... but there stil a prob... as some distri already use "s/n tracking" to replace warranty sticker...

1) Can we send the speaker or Sound Card(Creative) to the distributor to be checked whether it have a problem or not? It's so hard when their customer service never want to reveal the location adress to be checked when my item warranty is expired.

2) MSI customer service is the worse one, once the warranty expired, they never reply to my e-mail .. mad.gif . Do I have any option if my item is already damage?


Or someone else can help by sending this item to be repaired by the distributor (the cost will be pay by the item owner), perhaps with some amount as money as "upah" to the sender .. thumbup.gif

its a faulty mobo...i think theres no more warranty for that mobo...

some of them yes..like servex, u nid to purchase minimum rm1500 otherwise they will not ship out, or even to purchase or cod,

sds on the other hand, u nid to purchase a minimum of 500 for waived shipping fee, but below 500 u will be charged rm20 for shipping.

but most company do not give any problem in quantity like mlink or convergent.just pay up all the shipping fees minimum rm15..

CoolerMaster product can find who? Ban Leong seem not allow us direct order from them, they call us carry from their business partner company but the cost higher than market RM30~RM40... I from Penang.

it would not help by posting question like this on thread.
there are tonnes of ppl wants to start business in that way too.. tongue.gif

1st thing - u need to find suppliers
start contacting them and u'll get yr questions answered.
different supplier will request for different minumum order.
and be prepared for COD term.

its more depends on relationship and contact u hv with those supplier.the closer relationship u hv, the easier for u to get stock..

bagi aku la kalau korang ada kedai/bisnes pc..supplier bermasalah(waranti prosedur terlalu ketat)(waranti take time)(ambil banyak untuk dapat murah) yang dapat nama BUSUK nanti korang la.

so hati-hati berurusniaga dengan supplier.pahamkan terms and condition macam mana.

I don think distro will entertain lor.. Because from my experience if end user direct to distro they wont entertain. But dealer very nice with supplier maybe can help. But what i suggest is don buy from seller who don provided receipt or not authentic seller for the brand. biggrin.gif make the warranty safe. I have just called Achieva Technologies, they are distributing

proc: AMD, Intel
mobo: MSI, Gigabyte
gc: power color
monitor: aoc, view sonic, phillips
and also thermal take geh everything

They will ask u to email them via sales@achieva.com.my, but the response time is a bit long... usually takes around 1 to 2 weeks...
