1) Can we send the speaker or Sound Card(Creative) to the distributor to be checked whether it have a problem or not? It's so hard when their customer service never want to reveal the location adress to be checked when my item warranty is expired.
2) MSI customer service is the worse one, once the warranty expired, they never reply to my e-mail .. . Do I have any option if my item is already damage?
Or someone else can help by sending this item to be repaired by the distributor (the cost will be pay by the item owner), perhaps with some amount as money as "upah" to the sender ..
