I don think distro will entertain lor.. Because from my experience if end user direct to distro they wont entertain. But dealer very nice with supplier maybe can help. But what i suggest is don buy from seller who don provided receipt or not authentic seller for the brand. make the warranty safe. Who finding distributor please make sure you have a company registration if not distributor wont entertain you. Except you need to purchase a huge units of item ~
