Frankly, I think this is an inappropriate action by the same mod - not the 1st time but the 2nd time. 1st time was when UFO-ET was suspended with no sufficiently strong reason.

Sori guys, just only today i know this thread is moving into kopitiam thread. I already apologise to MOD and hope he can re-move back this to property thread.

Hello to all the Sifu & Si Kung here, I really want to stay in Cyberjaya once my studio unit Garden Plaza VP this year. But, I am currently working in old town PJ (around A&W), I have tested less jam highway to the destination by using MEX, it took me 42km to reach my office area. Previously my developer Mah Sing, stated in the sales booklet, there will be a proposed slip road around LKW Uni, directly go to MEX toll, and I dont see any plan until now, heart broken, like being cheated, because it took me 10km from Garden Plaza to MEX toll ! and I can still see my building at the toll, Super Big Round & Round. Anyone have this problem? planning to stay Cyber but working in PJ? Is there any development going on? don't you guys think that MEX entrance is quite far away? please advice.. thanks

Glad to see Cyberjaya growing fast now. Last time worked there in 2010, quite spartan. Now, booming left and right! Unbelievable pace of growth over 4 years.

Got one more Petronas near MDEC. But yeah, could use a few more like Shell. I speculate there is some red tape blocking other petrol pumps to set up.

Meaning there will be other petrol station setting up but yet to know what brand ?

Currently already have 2 petrol station - but both also same Petronas..
one located nearby LKW and the other one nearby paparich...

So only can sit and wait for Shell or others...

Just noticed that Ultraman bridge near SSP2 already joined back...
not sure when can the bridge be open..

i stay in D'pulze..drive to mont kiara everyday..relax only..wheres ur Garden Palza

Yup..theres only petronas here..One is near KFC..another is the road where u come in from MEX

There is another alternative shell petrol station at taman putra perdana... but if route from Garden plaza is not wise, so if from garden plaza, its better go dengkil.. if stay nearby MMU area, still ok to go Taman Putra Perdana, puchong..


oh? really? since when its already joined back? i though middle of this year only they will start construction.. and will be ready around middle 2016..

By year end, the interchange at Setia Eco Glades should be completed. However, from Garden Plaza/Garden Residence to SEG...maybe around 3-5km (not sure)? It would help. Also, this interchange already half way of lingkaran putrajaya so it will cut short the journey. All in, you probably will save 10km journey? Garden Residence location wise, in my view, always not strategic. It only serve well to those wanna travel to puchong/sri kembangan or putrajaya. But still in cbd cyberjaya it is short distance to LKW side and puchong. Well, MahSing never in my big developer list, infra development wise they normally slow like tortoise.

Thanks for the information, SEG has direct interchange, this wonderful project is probably the closest to MEX. If I coming from Persiaran APEC, then turn right into Persiaran Semarak Api, I will reach SEG, then get out to Putra Linkaran.. But SEG is located at west and Garden is located at north East, I think the distance is about the same, somemore have to fight my way all to the MEX with other people in Cyber plus traffic lights.. Hope that future CCC and Skypark will do something about it in the future.. Anyway, appreciate for your feedback .. Mah Sing ;( U cheat me .... T.T
