Can I know if the color calibration that cost RM49 comes from the colour profile disc included in the box?

I'm having problem installing the drivers. E.G : When I trying to install the Hotkey QTradio , the computer goes reboot. When I trying to install Bluetooth driver, it says I have another unauthorized driver installed. Not sure about Hotkey OSD tho. I tried to install intel graphics but it shows a newer version is already installed in my computer. Can anyone guide me how to install these drivers?

thats weird...i installed all the drivers with breeze..

whats your version of windows?

win 8.1 pro x64.

QUOTE(miong93 @ Dec 21 2014, 09:13 AM)
I also facing the same problem..
You're using win 8 or 8.1 pro and your wifi card is AC right ? Prince J told me that we need to install the bluetooth driver from the official website cause the driver provided in the CD is not for AC card..

As for the QTradio I still dono how to fix it.. so i just ignore it  sweat.gif
@Prince J You know how to fix it ??
*
yup. Just got this new laptop. my card is intel wifi+bluetooth dualband 7260 AC. any idea how to determine if I've installed all the drivers necessary ?

Are you guys using 1920x1080 resolution? I feel everything are kind of tiny for me with that resolution so I changed it to 1440x990 but the texts go blurry.

Yup using 1080p resolution.. Yea it's like that.. after few days you will get use to it..

For the text blurry, it's not everything is blurry right ? Just certain program have this issue correct ?

If it's like that, sadly to say, it's windows OS problem..

Windows OS is not like Mac OS which everything will scale accordingly to the resolution.. Windows OS's text/font will remain the same size as in higher resolution.. so you can notice in your google search result page, your left side will have a lot of free space  sweat.gif

Change back your resolution to 1080p, then go to Ctrl Panel > Appearance & Personalization > Display, change the size of all items to Small / 100%.. default is Medium / 125%
The blurry text problem should be fixed..

P/S: jst use 1080p.. after few days you will get use to it biggrin.gif

Thanks for the reply man. Guess I have to use 1920x1080 for a while. It seems like the text getting smaller and my elders shall use a magnifying glass to see text. HAHA

Try to adjust here.

Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display

Changed to 126% from 125%. That 1% did make a lot of difference. Thanks a lot Prince.J

Well is there any problem with this z5 laptop?? Anyone ?? having any probs...

Personally experienced a SOD issue after putting the beast into sleep mode. I am not able to duplicate the issue so this would stay in observation. So far so good, everything is good, even better than some branded laptops (you know who). Personally not experiencing any heating issue.

What do you guys put in the custom keys M1-M4? Mind sharing and how do you all set up them? Personally set up the ctrl+alt+del but it doesn't work.

Last Time Chin told me that the problem of SOD is because of some software that you have installed might be causing that SOD issue when Sleep/Reboot/Hibernate....

Try talk with Illegear.

Dear all, is it normal that the keyboard surface is warm during use? Not to mention it's warming during both gaming and normal surfing.

Nope my keyboard and surface is as cold as metal, no heating issues whatsoever.

I put my laptop on a plastic-made table and it warmed my hand. I used it during my work and sometimes it warmed too. Not sure about others. How about during gaming? Does the keyboard warmed up even slightly will do?

Hey guys, just got a BSOD again 5 minutes ago. My first thought was that Nvidia driver that I installed (ver. 344.75). May I know what driver version you guys installed in Z5?
Just sent an email to support@illegear.com followed by attached dmp files. Hope they could help me on this.

Hi xarive,

Try windows update to see if the issue still persists. So far how many BSODs did you encounter?
*
As in screenshot. Updated the windows to the latest one. No more windows update for me.

How many BSODs did you encounter so far? From the beginning you received your laptop.

It's all in the screenshot. Starting from Jan 1 until today. This problem only happened starting from Jan 1. I received my laptop @15th Dec.
