You can upgrade two pieces of mSATA SSD any time

just today i realised both the usb 3.0 ports on the right has stopped working. Theres no power at all.. Not even the bios can detect it. Anyone has solutions? so sad abt this.. about to start college n this prob comes up

Those who are having issue installing OS in UEFI mode, please reflash the ILLEGEAR logo in BIOS.

1. Make a bootable USB pendrive with Rufus.
2. Select MS-DOS.
3. Transfer the Logo file into the bootable USB pendrive.
4. Boot up with the USB pendrive.
5. Type "logo.bat" and complete.

hmm i have try, it seems likes its defaulted using the integrated intel graphic card. I even try to disable it, but the game still couldnt detect my Nvida 970m.

My z5 kena dunno what virus and its spreading to all device. (My ipad and samsung tab (wife))

Eg. When i browse a site, it will auto divert me to some adv or malware. Or if i sucessfully go into espn, when i click on a title for more detail, again it ll pop up another site(adv) and its seriously affecting my pc performance, now when i play gta v it will hav shutter lag (hang there for few sec and then back to smooth play again)

Solution 1, reformat z5 - where can i get the latest illegear driver? Can i use the cd driver provided by z5? I m using win8 currently.
Solution 2, directly upgrade to win 10, however i understand there is no driver support for win10, please correct me if i am wrong.

I have tried to uninstall chrome and switch to opera, ie8 and the virus is still there.
If i reset the router would it help? Since somehow my ipad and tab will hav the same stupid virus.

Appreciate the z5 users can giv ur opinions lol. Should i upgrade to win10?? Or stick to win8?

i try to run the defender but its deactivated. mayb due to bitdefender (anti virus)
i have tried to run bit defender for full scan and nth detected.

how to reactivate the defender?
btw  i dont have a ssd partition.
i am using HDD hybrid, thats all.

my z5 is unable to do plug in without charge...? i try it on 94-96% battery.

everytime i open torrent to dl movie, it will appear to be "plug in without charge" then a 1-2 sec later it will change back to charging battery, any1 can tell me y?

the same goes for gaming, when i switch to performance mode, switch off cable, and switch it on again, it will last for a few sec then it goes back to charging mode again... zzz

Hello, I face the bluescreen when i using my z5. I not sure what happen, it appear bluescreen suddenly. This is first time and now my z5 is launch normal now.

Hi. I want to ask:
- Can foreign tourist buy Illegear laptop and then claim for GST refund ?
- Does Z5 have an internal DVD drive ?

   

I restarted and it was installed too. Maybe it's a bug. Thanks for responding anyway
