Gold price went up the roof mainly because of USA economic crisis (sub-prime) and subsequent unprecedented QE. It crashed because the US economy recovered and the end of QE.

u should buy more, many new launches are waiting for you, which is not normal during the 3-4 years ago, unfinished new launch and unfinished and long hold subsales...

out there now only buying spree for new launch with low entry , rebates and etc... 10% deposit all no investors one..

recently launhed Didaman at bandar tasik selatan selling 410k above 900sq service apoartment, no rebates, no discounts.. pay 10% Dp, no DIBS..

launched1 months still booking less than 10%, soft launch at malls, going to official launched after chinese new year, if you want brouchers i can scan to you

how many properties and where youa re currently holding? I myself curious about the sentiments in bubble talk vs the reality out there.. agents/sellers/ law firms/ market overview, very down.. you guys seems of a different tangent..

if you guys holding 300k below prop appreciated to 500k.. then make believe readers/market sentimen like 500k entry can go 700k and 700k can go 900k, bringing them go holland...
