QUOTE(angel-girl @ Nov 24 2014, 09:46 AM) Let's have an open discussion rather than accusing other for being biased. If you look at the shadow or darker areas, you can see that there's not much detail on Z3's photo. An example would be the black object that the chips are sitting on; with N4, the letters CMSTORM are still visible. Does your naked eye see those words? I'm sure they do. I'm a camera hobbyist so you can take my words with a pinch of salt. I think N4's photo gives me more possibility for editing; it's easy for me to pump up the contrast and saturation but if the photo don't have the details, I can't "add" details into it. When we talk about contrast or saturation, I think there's one important factor, our monitor/screen I'm not sure about yours but mine's not calibrated. In any case, increasing contrast or saturation is easy. Try Snapseed |

In any case, increasing contrast or saturation is easy. Try Snapseed and after went thru few underlight condition, i found out it might be the cause of the inaccurate of the white balance in note 4. as the previous photo took under yellow light, i tested with HDR on and under fluro light and it looks fine. QUOTE(diners @ Nov 24 2014, 10:57 AM) Maybe out of hardware from factory so they use another camera brand to replace it . It happens all the time especially when there are 2 different camera lens used in the same model .QUOTE(angel-girl @ Nov 24 2014, 10:58 AM) hmm, so have you find your photos taken with ur note 4 looks wash out? let say a yellow color shirt(like digi color) and the photo u took become light yellow? 1 thing is for sure , my screen on my white Note 4 is yellowish . Anything white will look yellowish . But not on my black unit . It's blueish . Anyway , already sold the white 1 so i cant confirm if it's camera problem or lens problem . |
