If a normal procedure, lawyer will only gave you the loan agreement after 1st disbursement.


In your case, you are taking 100 percent loan I believe,
For 100 percent loan, 1st disbursement will be done after mrcb reach 10 percent of construction,

In this case, current progress is less than 10 percent, therefore most probably your lawyer won't gave the loan agreement to you even is already stamped.

Until pr1ma request 1st payment or developer site has reached 10 percent of construction progress.

For 90 percent loan, It will be different story
