If you are lucky, the agent may help you get a loan-rejected unit.Sigh...nobody told us that external agents can help us to get a unit in the very last Block A as we always assume that applications and re-applications for limited units have to go through PR1MA website. Only savvy buyers (or speculators) knew that while we got the crumbs. I got mine this way, try it.

After applying for PR1MA houses and managed to get one, you have to sign the S&P in 14 days after your loan approved. Only two minded people will cancel their booking within this time period. Others who have signed the S&P won't cancel it because of 10% of their loan will be immediately deducted upon signing the agreement.

If got 4 commercial's property, still layak to apply? since the Pr1ma site wrote can use for 1st or second kediaman/residential. I assume commercial property doesn't count ?

How many poor ppl can afford?

Bangsar LRT is nearer. Whether starting at KL Sentral, the RiverCity point, or Tun Sambathan station, the monorail is not a walkable destination unless you enjoy the long walk. I am from outstation but enjoyed staying at Brickfields numerous times becos of its proximity to KL Sentral. And having walked on foot to explore the entire Brickfields area just to feel the vibe of Little India and its community........

Like the Bachelors' Enclave, PPAM Brickfields also appears to be shelved. So for the time being, occupants of Block C facing MidValley will enjoy a view that they can cherish for a long2x time. Likewise for occupants of Block B facing KL view....enjoying a favourable view until the yet to be built towering Seniland building evetually eclipse Block B....

A scary thought indeed! Agreed the project has been slow coming off the ground but it would have been in bad faith for the developer and PR1MA to suddenly abandon it considering that not too long ago in March this year they open the last Block A for sale and all units were snapped up. On all accounts, PR1MA Brickfields proved to be a saleable location and project and there are still plenty of people interested to queue up for a loan-rejected unit once it is available....

All the original prices are 10% higher before HOC. Eg. The unit Type B  which was offered at RM269.1K to me was originally priced at RM299K. The studio unit Type A now cost RM243K from RM269K originally. Considering the project location and accessibility, I opined that the selling price for this condo is attractive. Just that the earlier buyers got the short end of the stick becos of the 10% discount given to late buyers. Now just hoping that the project will materialise soon.....
