I checked again with Hedzril co.the lady said it would depend on the branch of the Maybank. If the bank branch has not appointed the co, then they are not the panel of that branch

I am not sure how true the thing is but as i noticed it is only both of us have the same issue with the same lawyers.

The lady also said they are only adhoc.which branch that u did apply? Mind to share?

Yes.MRTT/A.it is up to u to apply for the whole tenure of the loan. I was only offered for 20ys.the balance i need to covered with new assurance which almost double of former rate. It depend on the assessment of your profile.

Some only take 5years as they will sell after 5yrs

I am going to meet the maybank loan officer tomorrow. If any question you would like me to ask.just list down.i also can gain a new thing as well.

Have u received the quotation for legal fee s from kamaluddin & ross? The lawyer said they charge 1% of the loan and another charges which cost around another 1%.so i can say the total is about 2% of the loan.this is for loan documentation legal fee.

Not sure about the snp legal fee.free for first timer but what could it be?another 2%?🤕

4. Kamaluddin Ross & Co. willing to give us a good reduction for legal fees

5. We have all the drafted loan legal fees for all unit size. ask and you shall receive =)

there are still buyers who do not manage to get loan and waiting for joining loan approval. and a waiting list as well. call pr1ma and ask.
