Most of our current crop of ministers love to cry "BN/Najib fault" and "Deep State existence" whenever things don't go their way or whenever they cannot deliver on what the rakyat wants. 1-2 months right after Pakatan won GE14 they keep reminding Malaysians on these two main things.

But it was some time ago that PR1MA renews agreement with 17 development partners and construction is still going as usual on this project. Just that it's really slow.
