No worried, in JB close to Sg that is why the 1st batch always imported from sg.

The 2nd batch already direct from thailand that is why change name into Mr. Slim

Huh we never talks about MHI at all.

All my photos showed on Mitsubishi Electric and never showing the on Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial.

Both are using same logo , but different company.

Once you get confused, nothing can help up. laugh.gif

This one took from S'pore one, just the 1hp & 1.5hp change to GJ model in M'sia only.

Like M'sia got premium specs come with eye motion and S'pore don't have and they have Zen model in S'pore only.

Anyway you can collect from some ME website recommended Aircon shop.

so 2hp & 2.5hp older indoor unit, not slim model? 1hp & 1.5hp "GJ", 2hp & 2.5hp "GF". "J" is after "f" so GJ newer model??

2.5hp outdoor unit lighter than the 2hp by 1kg?

Actually from 2 to 2.5hp inverter never changed since the design and specs from 7 yrs ago.

In M'sia just rename as GF only, cause Mr. Slim how can be used the same naming as Starmex.

Not too sure about 2hp, if you really concern about more cooling and power the better choice with 2.5hp can save more energy than 2hp, just worried it would be underpower on your living room.

Don't worried cold air away going into ground.

Like my common bedroom, is 5.2m height and upper ceiling got opening window.

At the room will slightly slower cold down only, once getting cold the amount would be same like normal 3m height enquvalant

My kitchen also open, so you just concern about living room area keep it cold then good enough.

The idea you can install direct blow to sofa area, more save energy.

my living room window has opening for top part of the glass meaning about 6" opening (near ground floor ceiling). was concerned if i need to seal off the opening.it has mosquito netting there.so no need to seal off completely?

cold air travel down.but if there is strong wind, outside air can blow inside will affect air-cond,right?

Ya correct cold air travel down

Opening not enclosed, the strong wind can easily bring dusty air all the time, so ur fan coil blower have more chance to getting more dusty at all.

Anyway if enclose opening from outside much better to block some dust from outdoor.
