Even move the whole Desa Park City entirely and put into EM and even the price of all houses chop by 50% ( in view of land value higher)  it also need much drastic improvement of roads to be enlarger , facade facade facade again, density, layout, quality and etc.

Chris kor, mall itself shld not be a problem i think. Like what you said, SEH, EM and SEH2 shld be enoughh to make the place sustainable. Looking forward to be able to shop in EM instead of going to KL

1A and 1B units actually meet my expectation, squarish living/dining hall will decent space for kitchen after installing the kitchen cabinet. Can you suggest any other project that has better layout/design than Cradleton for a land size of 20 x 70 and 22 x 70?   

A murderer killed 5 people's is lesser guilty than a murderer who killed 10 people's, or shall I said Corrupting 100 millions is not acceptable but 10 millions is acceptable.

As long as can find some one worse than you then everything bad thing you do is OK...lol

By the way, I think the perception of "small" for all the semiD cluster units mostly due to this terrace at the side of the house.

This terrace "eat up" 2 - 3 feet of your inner part of your house so that's why the inner house look small. When people look at the show houses, they should "add in" the terrace at the side into the "visualization", coz it is part of the buildup for the house.

If you look at the cradleton units, they don't have such issue, coz the terrace beside the house only "eat up" the place of the extra land beside the house (applicable for end lot and corner only anyway). So for the cradleton unit, they are truly have the layout of the width of either 20, 22 or 24 feet, though the extra land beside the house is smaller.

I presume EcoWorld also have aware on this, so that's why for Merrydale end lot and corner units, they give extra land of 2 feet, simply is because they don't want the terrace at the side "eat up" the space of the inner house and make the inner part of the house look small.

I feel awkward as well how could Cradleton and 2E and 2F units clearly indicate the actual width of the inner part of house in the brochure, but not for the 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D...     

Perhaps anyone visit the show house can measure the "actual width" of the inner part of the houses for all the cluster units..

Any idea where's the flyover bridge in the second picture? Can't find it in the master plan.

The location of the bridge seems to me very close to the "central roundabout", is it rather a roundabout, SPS providing a flyover bridge instead? If really, then it is a superb good news for all the SEH and EM residents, as this overhead bridge definately can ease the traffic congestion better than roundabout.   

I can see the shadow of Eco Park in both SEH presint 2&3 and EM...   

If so that's great  Really taking feedback from visitors/buyers seriously.
