I'm the 2F purchaser.  I still can tolerate with the shower head too close with the basin as I think I will be using the bath tub instead.  I'm more concerned with the sufficiency of the natural sunlight at the family hall.  But I have prepared to install some lighting setup there if the area is deemed too dim.  Overall, this is not a perfect dream house for me but I'm still satisfied.

Since the issues are diff from the 2D ones I don't think that EM will make any further amendments notwithstanding the feedbacks or suggestions as this will create issues and complications - not all purchasers will agree with the changes.  Alternatively, EM can come out with optional packages for the purchasers to revise or upgrade the internal layout with or without additional costs.

At least you can come for the tang yuen this weekend

It really depends where do you work now and if you plan to shift your working location.
In terms of accessibility there will be a new highway exit to bypass semenyih town jam .
There is also another highway cutting from sungai long and ending in ampang if I'm not mistaken , however this highway status is unknown at the moment.

The problem with staying in KV now is that either you choose a location super close to your workplace but extremely crowded , jam and expensive or you choose to travel and get a slightly better quality of life and bigger house .

It really boils down to your preference .
But then again sooner or later you probably won't find a place that won't jam in KV .

Semenyih landed from my perception is not for rental play, if you think rental is essential, then perhaps some condo nearby colleges/university would be your main preference.

EcoMajestic, as applicable to Setia Ecohill, from my opinion would be more oriented on capital appreciation, be it own stay or investment. It's is fairly hard you can find such great township with this scale around KV already, you only can reap the actual benefits after the township move to mature stage, presumably about 5 years from now. Of course, holding power is a crucial factor here.

In terms of distance, don't judge based on current road/traffic/distance using the "suffocated" Jalan Semenyih. As I mentioned many times, as soon as the Ecohill Link is ready, you can totally skip the Jalan Semenyih, and reach the township directly from Lekas.

As I have shown in my previous post, from Semenyih Lekas exit till Batu 9 toll Cheras just merely 20 minutes away, from Semenyih Lekas exit to Setia Ecohill will be just stone throw away.

Joker try to take a busiest period as a reference time and thought that will be the time taken throughout the year.

If like this, wait lah, if got chances let me take the time to commute from KL to Cheras when there is flood or accident, it is even more "representative" tim, for people to refer as the time taken throughout the year....

Perhaps PJ and Damansara area or further till Sg. Buloh / Rawang maybe got big problems if work on 9-6pm. But thats the issue of vice versa.

It also applicable to those staying in Klang but work in KL? Those stay in deeper Bdr Kinrara but works in Selayang?

My friends of family staying in Seremban ( work in KL ), Nilai ( work in KL city ), Sg. Long ( work in Usj ) and Mahkota Cheras ( work in USJ ) , all have no issue travelling distance and instead happy to buy such township wth such prices.

Chris gor, agree on that.. It's just depend on personal adaption, if someone is too rigid and can't tolerate with jam, he / she can opt for a house beside KLCC or Menara Maybank, walking distance to work, jam issue settle.
