For people like me who's just starting working life with fresh grad salary, houses like this are the ones we work hard for and aim as our first property. A place we can actually call home instead of renting for the rest of our lives.
Cannot compete loh with all rich ppl who buy 10+ properties for investment. Price sure go up and we the young ppl suffer because either have to rent until we die for a good home or settle with a mediocre home somewhere 'not strategic' or with shitty specs and bad developers.
Poor and rich competing for the same 'cheap' properties surely the rich get one. Sob sob, have mercy. We the next generation also want to own a good house
they are property market aimed for fresh worker too. those soho , studio , 2nd hand condo/apartment price around 200~300k is good buy.

I am currently renting a rooom in Saujana KLIA and I found the aircraft noise to be bearable. Saujana KLIA is directly under the path of aircraft climbing after takeoff from runway 32R. As I also fly every week, Serenia City is further to East of the climb path so there is much less noise.
from the article, they claim that their car alarm will range, the table will trembling... so it not really that serious right?

actually got some complaint from Xiamen University Student too, about the flight noise, they even have the visual of the plane take off KLIA if they sit on the xiamen lake.
I think they purposely left it out from HOC to have it launch at Sales Gallery (better control,+ based on Amani/Adiva 1 take up rate?).I dunno LOL There was a Malay investor group (Jaegers?)posting in FB regarding Adiva 2, this might be the answer for those scratching their head for bumi to queue 2 days before they open for public.
