they are property market aimed for fresh worker too.
those soho , studio , 2nd hand condo/apartment price around 200~300k is good buy.

Gamuda nearer to cyberjaya.

Sunsuria nearer to XMUM and ELR.

cant denied the location disadvantages for serenia. cheaper price to compensate owner is reasonable.

actually got some complaint from Xiamen University Student too, about the flight noise, they even have the visual of the plane take off KLIA if they sit on the xiamen lake.

Photo took from the plane, if you all eyes is sharp, it HVO + TheOlive + Sunsuria City + Xiamen University.

have to really drop by SC to hear it at mid night or early morning.
