Wow behind schedule for about two years. I hope it will be ready in quarter 1 2022. Covenient to travel to KL through MEX highway.

I hope that the serenia arina will be ready on time even though no confidence.

My opinion. For own stay is good if you work puchong north, cyberjaya or putrajaya. Investment need to wait more than 5 years la for better return. Now few houses at amani that you can buy intermediate at 550 to 600k. Bigger than ariya. Sime Darby plan for Auto City
