Read in papers that Keranji is going to have launching of phase 2 soon. Will sdp hijack and launch the next phase of Serenia residential at the same date too? hmm.gif

Mex Highway will have any exit nearby? All these developments surely levy on the amenities, but some more than others. Sime Serenia seems the most reasonable compared to all those developments, not to say cheapest though. Only Paramount project can beat Serenia Amani price, but then the location is a bit out hmm.gif

Interesting perspective. True that could have more privacy facing ERL. No one will suddenly start planting, gardening, throw rubbish etc at the lapang area in front of your house. Is Monet Springtime is 20x70 intermediate DSL ? If it is then the price is about 300k+ higher than Serenia Amani inter, and then developer gives rebate of 172k. Not sure if they are being super generous or what. sweat.gif sweat.gif

True also for that price range perhaps Adiva could be much better choice. Probably increase also not higher than 600k before rebates hmm.gif

When Sime give to Sunsuria full stake and control to develop Xiamen Uni township surely they must have that foresight to ride on Sunsuria success. If googled few years back this Xiamen Uni and KLIO were promoted heavily by Sime as part of Serenia City, but now lesser.

Noticed that several of Sime land which they JV or even outright sold to other company to develop such as Brunsfield, Sunway Montana and this Sunsuria. hmm.gif hmm.gif
