Is Monet Springtime is 20x70 intermediate DSL ? If it is then the price is about 300k+ higher than Serenia Amani inter, and then developer gives rebate of 172k. Not sure if they are being super generous or what.

When Sime give to Sunsuria full stake and control to develop Xiamen Uni township surely they must have that foresight to ride on Sunsuria success. If googled few years back this Xiamen Uni and KLIO were promoted heavily by Sime as part of Serenia City, but now lesser.

Noticed that several of Sime land which they JV or even outright sold to other company to develop such as Brunsfield, Sunway Montana and this Sunsuria.
