But monthly parking within KL City also not cheap bro, if not mistaken no less than RM150 per month. Then there is petrol and toll cost somemore if driving.

Investment wise, Sepang might have higher prospect than Semenyih. Reason is excellent connectivity (not limited to highway access but also nearby public transports : ERL, MRT2 and business logistic : near klia,klia2). But for ownstay perhaps Semenyih is better due to ample greenery and exclusivity (strata development, secluded area etc)
