HOWEVER, all of them seem to be quoting back to one Chilean paper, "La Tercera" that did the report, therefore, it is irrelevant if I give you Telegraph, BBC or any other news agency.

As for how reliable it is, of course we have to figure it ourselves. News agencies likes to blow news out of proportions as well.
