Haven't played bowling at all for the past 2 years. Came back to Malaysia two months ago and was supposed to play with Kenson but i was really busy. Back in Melbourne now, with no personal ball, hence no bowling.

Average 4 years ago, throughout the year, 198 (competitive, and casual together).

i'm the other way round with naspek. last november average about 195. this year too busy with works play only twice a month. average is 160. learning screwer style using house ball

my idol is shalin zulkili..

last time shalin lost to him lar.... his bowling style is one of the kind. he easily get strike with it.
maybe 'pin patah' also

lots of up and coming bowler lar..... zandra also not bad, nice name
but shalin was the most consistent performer

dude..my bowling is getting much sucker day by day

donno why after 2months getting my own ball, i started to lose control of it..it doesnt go the way i want..but the 1st 2months was gud man

now the thing is either go straight dont hook or hook before the pocket..

for your info i played 3 times a week..but getting worse..

try to play slowly n correct ur mistakes...
mayb it is becoz of the lane condition..
however, if u play 3 times a week, there should be any reason of the lane..

it depends la..
if u play 3 times a week, should be no problem
for u to get ur 'line' back..

try type "jason belmonte" or "osku palermaa" at youtube. u will see how bowler play with 2 hand. if u type "wadud", u will get my video haha

for me..when yur form drop..& u keep playing..
then u will do the same mistake agaian2..
mistake in relaase.mistake in step.. etc2

but after u take a rest..(stop a while but not so long 1 2 days)
when u want start again... u keep remember the true/corect steps..
after that..its will improve..
& of course 1st game will hancus..
but after that.. will improve..
