As plasma user we always pray hard...Harvey offer 5 Years warranty and replacement if beyond repair....will it be based on your original purchase price, screen size or feature ?

I think it is base on the age of your tv. The older it is, the lower the value.
If your tv dies on the 5th year, don't expect them you replace you with a RM6k tv.
Most probably they will compensate you with RM1k and the rest is up to you to top up.

Receive on first day already notice. May be I got damn good eyes.
Cos they replaced to new panel, came back I see less yellowish tint, but still got.
The uneven lighting of the LED I think is causing this

About 2 weeks. The service is good. The technicians are also very nice.
Just that the LED panel quality is sucky. After replacing is still there.

They offer me to upgrade to next model by adding $$ if not satisfied. I'm considering.

Better upgrade, today Onking warehouse sale prices of most tvs also quite cheap already. Normally rm3k+ 60in quality won't be good in terms of parts used.

Joined the Panasonic club haha. Gotten the TH-43C410K for RM1349. Chose this model to pair with the Sony Soundbar since not many 40" non-Smart TV model have Audio Digital Output.

I am pairing this TV with Intel Compute Stick and pleased with the TV display

So far after a few days of use, I am quite satisfied with the display quality. I do not demand very high quality as I mainly want a TV that have a decent display, and most importantly digital output for my soundbar.

Also, my TV is only going to be connected to Intel compute stick so I cant comment on how good TV1/TV2 broadcast etc.

Before my purchase I am deciding between this and Sony 40" TV but I chose this for spec/price value. I rarely see IPS display for 40" non-smart TV model.

Bought this in Penang where SEC is having a sale for this model.
