anyone here booked a duplex, HDA unit?

Anyone been to the show unit?

How was it? Too extravagant or was it ok? They have all unit sizes?

High tension cable is the only concern that I have, hence endeavouring to get tower 3 and straying away from tower 1.

Leasehold status is never an issue with me and mrt 3 is unbecoming to me, I hope that they call it off.

Apparently she is not from Goldmine. I dislike her too. She attended me thinking I had not given booking fees. So she was talking to me all too cheerful. But not after I told her I had actually given booking fees to another Goldmine's agent, then her face got sullen.

Good to know that. Does that mean that the 48 months completion period would have started to tick for the developer?

I have not signed bec apparently HDA units are not launched yet.

So my concern being, if this project is to be delayed indeterminately, it will be at the expense of my opportunity cost. However, if some SPA is signed, at least their obligations to complete within 48 months are binding.

I surmise that they will only sign SPA for HDA at least 12 months from the first commercial SPA being signed since HDA unit's completion period is 36 months.

Hope the deal will go through~
