From the day of purchase until today,no one in the sales gallery ever told me that i would need to write a letter even after multiple request towards the agent who served me in the sales gallery.

The explanation during the signing of SPA & loan doc gave me an impression that all is conducted automatically and understanding of the arrangement between two parties.

Most developers,do automatically for their buyers...

I called like 3 times to the office to ask for the 5% deposit. It is your money and no one is responsible for your own money. Cheers and call Arte customer service. It will take 1 month to process.

I have gotten my refund in less than 2 weeks.. i think it is always better to write in by email rather than to make calls..

I wrote to amychan@nusmetro.com (Attn: Ms Amy). She is really fast, but the only problem is that, they didnt notify me after the refund has been effected.

I was told 450sf 460k before 19pc by the tele marketer from numersto. Didnt ask much as i was rushing. But based on this price, the early buyers must be pissed as likely they could be undercut...2yrs back, i think the price cheapest is near to 400k if i am not wrong.

i guess u got wrong info as for 1room studio not 19pc anyway, and i believe the 460k is after disc. and nusmetro did not have any tele marketer. guess its agent market gimmick to lure u? hahhaha... ask the agent get u the unit if he/she telling the truth hahahaah. tat unit is BBB if really got lol

It is not zero down payment.. you still have to come out with 5% of the deposit which will be refunded few months after signing of the SPA. Not too sure whether it is still the same deal.

I'm concerned with the facilities of the condominium.

I worry that the developer is overly concerned with the aesthetic value of things and therefore undermining its practicality/functionality.

Hopefully the organically shaped pool is swimmable and there are adequate gym equipment rather than just five treadmills overseeing the pool.

It's located at tower 1, 442 square feet with one bedroom.

Yes. But the lift lobby will be at the most left side in tower 1. So it do create some buffer area. Actually the HTC is belongs to low voltage type which is ok, that's why Publika, Icon Residence, Hartamas Height, SK&SMK Kiaramas are all along the road.
