Stonor 3 selling very fast. only left few unit available according from this website https://stonor3.my/
theres different price for every unit and exlusive discount from developer.
fully furnished interior design very ZEN style. for investment purpose ok la. cause got guaranteed rebate. but for sendiri duduk, need buy bigger size which the price is expensive more.

Selling so fast that there are still units available after the project is finished. LOL.

I was very impressed when I visited their Mid Valley show unit back in 2 years ago and almost placed a booking.

Just intro it to my friend from HK recently, and we visited the actual units, far from very impressed. Quality really so-so for all the 3 units we visited. The living hall looks crampy, left over units's view not so desirable but worst, the developer staff looks so inpatient to wait us and our estate agent.

Not sure how fast but 2 months ago, still left 50 developer units from what my agent told me.

Show unit in Mid Valley is better.

Actual unit quality within Stonor 3 is so so. Walls is a problem, all 3 units we visited the wall got big line and few small crack in their bedrooms. Unsure if the floor tiles are different compare to previous show unit, which is more solid. Edge workmanship, ok lah. Kitchen cabinet also so so.
Furnishing given is different compare to Mid Valley show units, made the unit look smaller.

Agree end up Lelong. Hahaha.
