either GRR i think 6% 3 yrs? (can't remember exactly) and FF, no rebate. or SF and substantial rebates |

Is the discount still 5%(bumi) + 8%? VP soon but still a lot of available units? Developer sure gonna lower the price or increase the discount soon IMO

GRR is 6% for 2 years.
KLCC is a very competitive area but of all the so called Premium Luxury in this area, Stonor 3 definitely puts in the effort in the partially furnished parts Toilet je already 14K Toto neorest.. This is real luxury. The Japanese embassy people sure want to rent here. Interested buyer can PM me! |
