Normal unregistered post (a.k.a economy shipping without tracking number) will have faster processing time, but has risk to missing items.
Registered Post (a.k.a economy shipping with tracking number) will have slower processing time, but more secure.
Was talking with a supervisor at a local Pusat Mel here. Does not apply to courier or express mail though.

Taiwan has DHL, FEDEX, etc. I think they have EMS too... which is supposed to be a tad cheaper than couriers, but not sure.what courier company that I can use to send parcel from Taiwan to malaysia? please suggest a few....thanks.
