Does anyone know the price difference if i were to post a parcel item about 2.4kg in weight to EM using air flight rather than sea?

Hi,

I have posted hand creams to a customer through PosLaju a few days ago. The hand tubes were placed in a hard box and even wrapped with bubblewraps but by the time the customer has received it, the tubes were dented everywhere and totally unpresentable.

Does PosLaju provide any compensation damage for it as my customer wants to return the product and it is definitely not up for selling anymore in that state?

Can anyone help?

Should I pay the money to her first or wait until all this is settle?

I think you cant you PosDaftar when your item is more than 2kg. You have to use parcel delivery instead but if you opt for parcel by land/sea delivery, it takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery. if you need it to be delivered urgently, better use parcel by air but it will be quite costly
