Hi,
I have posted hand creams to a customer through PosLaju a few days ago. The hand tubes were placed in a hard box and even wrapped with bubblewraps but by the time the customer has received it, the tubes were dented everywhere and totally unpresentable. Does PosLaju provide any compensation damage for it as my customer wants to return the product and it is definitely not up for selling anymore in that state? Can anyone help? TQ |

QUOTE(istoreusj4 @ Dec 13 2012, 12:11 PM) Yes, the poslaju provided compensation. I think is RM300 (need verification). You can refer to note behind of your consignment note. However, the claim is not so easy (as usual, for government-linked company.....). You need to make claim in poslaju center. I already expect some trouble involved but don't have much of a choice since my customer wants a refund. Thank you very much for the fast reply! Really appreciate it! Added on December 13, 2012, 12:24 pmOops.. Sorry one more questions, when they provide compensation, do they pay it to me or the customer? Should I pay the money to her first or wait until all this is settle? Thanks again This post has been edited by giggly02: Dec 13 2012, 12:24 PM |

QUOTE(istoreusj4 @ Dec 13 2012, 12:34 PM) poslaju will pay to you, the shipper. I don't know how fast but it is not optimistic. sorry to tell you this. whether to pay to your customer first or wait, it depend on your own decision and customer service strategy. this i cannot answer. Don't have high hopes but need to make the report nevertheless. Thanks a lot again! |

QUOTE(kayent @ Dec 17 2012, 08:51 PM) guys...wana ask something: I think you cant you PosDaftar when your item is more than 2kg. You have to use parcel delivery instead but if you opt for parcel by land/sea delivery, it takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery. if you need it to be delivered urgently, better use parcel by air but it will be quite costly i plan to ship a few boxes (weight ranging from smallest 2kg to largest being 10kg) over to sabah n sarawak. which method would be much recommended? if i use pos daftar by land/sea how long will it take for the item to arrive? |
