 my item got charge by volumetric plus the higher fuel charge somemore i charge my customer rm5 for shipping but ended up paying rm10 for the postage coz they use volumetric the lady said they will charge either by volume or weight whichever higher just wondering what is the rate for other courier such as kangaroo xpress,dhl,skynet etc |
