hi all i got story to share,on 21 nov i bought 1unit iphone 3gs amounting rm1215 ship to my place kota kinabalu sabah,once i open the package OMG only earphone and manual left,1stly i suspect the seller con me but when i look at the print out of slip ,itstate there 459g but i try timbang the empty box and only 250g,i rush to poslaju office and ask them to clarify, they said  need 3months to investigate,OMG,3months guys,not a short period,and i also be tought that maybe the insurans only cover 100ringgit,now still under processing,no matter how i will need them to ,pay me full amount otherwise i will complain to the highest level....any  forumer got such experience?mind to share?

wanna ask...what is the proper service and packaging to send a shirt?

i just checked the pos laju website and i confused with parcel rate and poslaju rate

if i want to post a shirt (inside normal envelop), should i checked parcel rate or poslaju rate? (both have different rate)

so in my case(shirt inside normal envelop), just use pos laju rate right?

i thought since my shirt not consider as document and they will charge with parcel rate.

I have posted some item out to kl on monday evening. And was told on the pos express tracking that it was delivered on wednesday. But my customer yet to receive the items. Do you think the postmen keeping the parcel and only delivering it next week? Im actually delivering it to the company address. Pls help.

anyone here know how long poslaju keep the parcel in their office...FYI recently i bought an item and the seller send it using poslaju..but at the time poslaju attempt to deliver there's nobody at my house..i can't get it myself bcoz i'm working far from home and there's no phone line in my area...just satellite internet and i can't call my family to get the item...please help..thanks

just wanna ask if i wanna send a pair of jeans using domestic pos laju, what should i do? should i pack it in a box or do they have some special envelope for it? will the price be the same or more expensive if different packaging?
