Thanks, but won't the pos express spoilt my book? As I know, I just have to throw it into the yellow box.
Can anyone tell me how's the PosDaftar works?
I read it here http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?C=/V1/P...g/Posdaftar.htm
But still don't really understand, only know that I got options whether I want to have extra service like the AR and Insurance.
For pos daftar, I usually buy post register sticker/card for RM1.70 then paste it on the left hand corner of the envelope or small parcel. The post clerk will weight it. For the first 20gm you don't have to pay anything more. But if the item is between 20gm to 50gm you have to add a stamp of 50cents value, 50 - 100gm the stamps of 75cents, and so forth... My customer usually will receive it in 3-7 days time. The person receiving it will have to sign on the sticker as acknowledgment of receiving the posted item.
Post register is suitable for small items that are not easily damage like books and clothing to cater to customer who want cheap posting and not in a hurry to receive their parcel.
No need to get AR, I just check thru the pos online to know whether customer has received it or not or just ask your customer directly
