i sent an item from here to germany.it cost me around RM14-15 (registered airmail).i think it will be around rm12 if you use normal airmail

recently i bought something online and i choose EMS.the status now is Dispatch from outward office of exchange.
now,i think it will arrive on thursday.but i won't be at home on thursday.can i call them tomorrow to ask them to send to me on friday?

what they will do when they deliver a parcel to me but i wasn't at home?they will leave 'love letter' to me and ask me to pick up from their office?or they will re-attempt delivery?

hmm,curious to know if anyone experience pos express lost?
the seller send me the stuff using pos express on tuesday and on wed,it's already reach my area and 'successfully delivered' to me,but in fact i didn't receive it at all.
i asked the seller if the seller got write the address wrongly or not,but the seller said (s)he follow the address i gave to him/her.
i called to pos hotline,the girl who answer my phone call said it's already delivered.ask me to check with my colleague(i asked the seller to send to my office) but no one took it.

usually they will stick the pos express tracking code sticker on the mailbox after they put it into the mailbox but this time don't have sticker on the mailbox.but the pos hotline girl keep on insisting that postman delievered it to me dy.so,do you think i got chance to ask for compensation from them? (at least got back rm3 from the seller )

aiks.i think must be postman delivered to wrong house or he needs the cable very much :'( although it's only a cable,but still...it's money.lesson learnt.don't trust pos express.haha.
