Normally if they couldn't deliver to buyer, they will return to your address. I got this case before, buyer didn't asked for 2nd delivery or even call them and they seem can't contact my buyer. Ended up they sent back the items to me. =.=

Must sign if posdaftar/registered. Normally won't ask to sign on behalf unless your neighbour come to ask to receive on behalf. They will leave a card actually to ask you to pick up at the post office stated.

First 500 gram = +- RM8.75
Additional each 250 gram = +- RM2.50

So if cukup2 1kg = RM8.75+RM2.50+RM2.50=13.75. Approx only. Price can be 10% less/more.

Do on your own like how you send through POSLAJU. And declare real item for safety purpose, if necessary purchase insurance also.

Op for normal airparcel if EMS(PosLaju) too expensive, 2-4 weeks.

1 pc? I am sent using air mail for non registered one, and using registered mail for registered one. I put in envelope, so it's consider as document not parcel.

Monday-Saturday, except first Saturday of the month, or public holiday or public holiday replacement.

I only sent to US, air mail took me around 20 days & registered mail took me latest by 2 weeks.

If domestic, send using RM3 pos ekpress lor. Cheap and fast.

If international, wrap it in bubble wrap, put in envelope. Ask for registered post. Based on a normal lip gloss weight, it could be not more than RM10 for the delivery. Registered post got tracking some more. Should be reaching in 10-15 days.

If normal airmail, wrap in bubble wrap, put in envelope, stick RM3.50 stamp on it, throw in the post office box. Will be reaching in around 20-45 days.

Could be many reason. If internationally could be custom reason, maybe no one at home to accept delivery, maybe the address is not exist, etc. Contact the receiver to ask. Better still call 1300300300 and provide them the tracking to gain the status of the parcel.

The box containing the bag is 44cm x 11cm x 31cm ? If that's the case,

44x11x13 = 6292
6292/6000 = 1.049 kg <-- it is more than 0.8kg, so volumetric weight would be use.

3. By Posdaftar, 5-10 days(within Malaysia) and 14-20 days(international) depending on location.
For Malaysia, First 20g, RM1.70. Additional weight would be added up more fee. For a single CD without box, might be costing you RM2.40-RM3.40 in total.

If I am to post a bag, within pen.Malaysia with shipping weight of 5lbs or 2.4kgs with the dimension of 22" Height x 18" Width x 10" Depth, how much will the charges be?

Depends... for small branch like in my place, they usually don't like to send to your house first before making sure that you are at home to receive it. They will call first. You can check with your nearest branch and ask them to hold the item first.

Yes, if no one at home, they will keep in the nearest branch for a limited time. If the package come with your contact number, usually they will contact you too.

1. Wrap with sugar paper or brown paper. Write both receiver & sender address clearly on the box.

2. Tell the counter that you want to do POSLAJU, they will give you the a POSLAJU form. Sometimes the forms are on th Forms section with the other forms.

3. Things need to be write on the form,
-your name, address & contact
-receiver name, address & contact
-there's a box to write what item is it in there
if it is a very expensive item, please make sure you declare the correct item & might be want to buy an insurance for that in case it gone missing, you can claim for it or at least part of it
-poslaju will need the receiver signature & ic number of the one who accept it^^ so far no prob for me.

If you send after 2 or 3 or 4 pm(depends on pos office), will delay another day.

I never face this to Perak but to some area in Sabah & Sarawak need more than 1 day. Maybe the place you deliver to not in Next Day Delivery area. Just wait another day. If 3rd day never receive yet then you can call them to inquire.
