Anyone receive an update email from Maxis saying to ignore the previous email?

Looks like those who received the emails notifying of their 'success' in securing a 'preorder chance' have to go through the "waiting" game again for the new email. LMAO.

This is the first time telcos are trying to implement an online shopping method, no one gets it perfect the first time.

Even your own company will likely face issues to do a totally unfamiliar project, this gets more complicated when you're doing it on a massive scale.

Don't be surprised when preorder night rolls by and a lot of people can't even log in, while some can. All systems have their capacity limits, and the servers will likely be under heavy load to meet user login requests.

Case in point : Air Asia free seats

It is not about the 'first time' in executing this approach. It is about the CONTENT of the email. Shouldn't they rephrase the wordings? item 1 had no meaning left alone the other 2.

Well they messed up the 5s preorder last year. So they just succeeded in making it a 'hattrick' this year.

True. I got my S4 because I find paying 2749 for a 32GB 4 inch phone with no NFC, Barometer ridiculous. Now that Apple sumbat everything I am willing to pay more for it. Price is more justifiable now.
