Mean those fully paid land should sell cheaper right ? No need service loan mean zero burden, cost stagnant mah .. correct ?

Those no need served loan keep on increase price compare to those keep serving loan have no choice but to increase price, who is more greedy leh ?

Bbw, u r right. The longer we hold. The more interest we paid to the bank n hence lesser profits later. But we can sell higher to cover back the interest mah.

same here. U no loan on the land. U want to sell 7 million but cannot sell n keep holding. U think u no pay bank interest. But if u have the 7 million in cash. At 3% interest rate, u r losing interest income from the bank too. So, later u also sell higher price, may be 7.5 million to cover back the missing interest, true?????

Because got someone waiting to pick up at low price mah. Same, if u can rent to him cheap n he can then rent out n flip to other tenants lor. The society must fix to his demand n not he blend into the society mah...

That y I prefer not sell my property unless I need cash for another investment or wanna upgrade for better unit.

I believe pay Installment for a BMW is hArder than buy 500-600k property but look how many luxury car in the road

Holiday is pressure day for him, need to come out with 101 excuses not buying property for wedding, Working days is pleasure day for him, can wish KLSE tumbled so that some owner will let go their Green Terrain to him at 450K, but no use also he only have 10K saving for down payment, got chansi also no monee to pay earnest deposit. .sigh
