oh US loan approval is worse than Malaysia? Europe country approve loans worse than Malaysia? Argentine also approve laon wore than Malaysia? then Greece also approve loans worse than Malaysia?

If local banks approval process is prudent and fool proof, there won't be alarming rate of bankruptcy from cc, personal loan and car loan.

Believe it need less than 10% of npl in housing loan tip over then property market.

u dunno meh? approving loans cc, personal loans and car loans different one, house loans according jokers full proof withing bank, but valuation report distorted, loan officers help to submit fake receipts (and still happening)
