DEFINITION OF 'QUANTITATIVE EASING'

1.) No my future in law & future sister in law never pressure me, my GF also didn't pressure me, so simple answer only mah,

Unless

2.) They did pressure u they you, they also says same thing like us, they heard next price increase some more next year after GST, if you don't buy they will not going to let their daughter married you, they don't want after married still stays with your PAMA or rented apartment.

They are all related one, let me explain to you.

It is tradition for Chinese in law to make sure their daughter married to man with house, as is a form of security, most girls nowadays will not stay with in law, so all this factor actually contribute to property bubble, unless you stays single forever, you may want to hold but those surrounding you may not allow you to do so.

I am sure you know what i mean right ?

Every years tens of thousand couple getting married, so they will need to buy house, so how not house price bubble due to high demand ?

Boy2 transaction low as in no more below 250K property which those majority can afford liao, now they need to rent or stays with relative, most important value of property is high, selling 1 500K property is better than selling 2 X 250K property, less work same pay. rclxms.gif

I never denied they is a bubble in fact a big BUBBLE, but thing is it doesn't look like going to burst anytime soon, do you see Govt & Financial institution try to make sure Bubble sustained & stays in long term, those day you can says many zero entry, DIBS, borrow using gross income (Most if not all these gamble had cash in & now come back as cash rich investor) nowadays bank are more prudence in borrowing, so those qualified are genuine capable borrower, so the bubble are no longer bubble as it become norm price.

Back in 2010 if you says 1000sf apartment 500K, people call you Kisiao, but now people says normal lah 500K, so a Bubble in 2010 is no longer a Bubble in 2014, now you says OUG Parklane high density 950sf wanna sell 450K yu gao cho mao ? in 2016 maybe you would says "damn 2 years ago 450K i don't buy, now crazy 600K liao ! missed the boat again"

See the definition of Bubble change over time.

Additional note : Just read from an article 85 richest in the world have same wealth as 50% of the population in the world, soon property is luxury good where only the elite can afford, (our wealth distribution is getting more & more unequal, you want to be the have or the don't have, got house got chick, no house no chick.. brows.gif your choice ? laugh.gif

U go china forum will heard people talk about 1 of the root cause to their high property price was come from in law pressure, because that is the rule before he could marry his woman. The in law only allow they daughter to marry with man that own his house. Many of these chinese are force to buy even at premium price..

China has I child policy in tact now just upgraded to 2 child policy, in time before last year, family are fighting for boy rather than girl, resulting lack of women in China as a candidate of marriage, now you say pressure from in law...
