I never denied they is a bubble in fact a big BUBBLE, but thing is it doesn't look like going to burst anytime soon, do you see Govt & Financial institution try to make sure Bubble sustained & stays in long term, those day you can says many zero entry, DIBS, borrow using gross income (Most if not all these gamble had cash in & now come back as cash rich investor) nowadays bank are more prudence in borrowing, so those qualified are genuine capable borrower, so the bubble are no longer bubble as it become norm price.
