In your vision world.... there is only 1 or 2 type of investors...... Or its those ppl u encounter then majority will turns out to be the same......
Every single investors hav their own profit objective targets...... Some feels ok to earn 50k-60k for that transaction, some wants to earn 100k-120k on tat transaction, some wants even more...... and many many more factors also influence the decision making, such as purchasing price, financial back ground, or some other external factors and etc.....
