To all expert, how would SDB going to do with this sewerage area? It looks ugly especially those block A that facing it. I thought earlier someone said they are using MTP that cannot be seen at all? Even later plants are planted around, those on block A higher floor still can see it..anyone got any idea?

Oct is always their target to vp both A&C. Even B might possible at the same time. So u bought Block B which type?

in fact there is nothing much on wotp. The internal works already on going. And those landskaping is very fast can be done. 6 months from now is more than enough i guess.

bukit serdang access still okok can be improve lagi better. manyak old kampung cina.

if u stay serdang long enuf sure ada manyak lubang jalan can go. only jalan univerisiti indah sibeh cacat for now.
very easy jam stuck at that area due to 2-3 lane road suddenly become 1 lane road 

location not bad. link way between puchong, cheras, cyber, putraj and Bukit jalil.
need to c how deep in and which part of BS. but cina foods there is superb yummy.

Yes, agree. Those sandy beach will cause huge maintainence problems. Somemore at Sky level. Can't imagine after sometime if leak started. Nothing guarantee that it will be leakage free.

Don't just judge from this yet. There are many details that yet to be seen. Eg., earthquake resistance building, designer landscape, branded elevators, scruptures stones, 3 giant windows , quality playground, v shape building, huge parks....this are just to name fews..simplicity is the hardest things to create..

It seems WOTP will use Khalid Aluminium as the windows fabricators. Same fabricators used in their Park 7. Tempered glass seems from Ajiya Safety Glass..
