Electric confirm there already. Even now they used the power directly from TNB. Water I'm not too sure. Perhaps there already also. And now vp don't need cf. Just need CCC from architect. That is why SDB optimistic can VP by Nov.
Don't forget, by the time SDB issued VP letter , it is also subjected your end financial settle that milestones payment before you can make appointment to collect your key. That will estimated take another 2-3 weeks before your bank settle the money. By then you collect the key , already end Nov.

5 stones delayed for 6 months. All owners happy and syiok like ahmai kor 😀😀. But that 5 stones delayed was due to main con went bankrupt half way. Progress interrupted.

Does anyone realise SDB like changing the color of the facade? Last time only 2 or 3 floors at ground with darker color. Now seems whole building they are painting darker color. Looks nice and cool. From the outlook quite on par with five stones.

Block c color I think is final like the pic. It's also darker than the show model I believe (more classy)

Can't say if those high psf can compete each other in luxury or high end category. They are high psf mainly due to lacation at cbd. Important is when developer market the products will specific is low, mid or high end. Just like brdb when they market verdana at north kiara, up front they tell buyers it's mid end. This are responsible developer to avoid high buyer expectation vs the reality in later stage.

Block A 1800 sqft around 1 mil, that's quite a lot to top up from 680k. To get 1 mil loan is hard but 680k loan are much easier and approval rates will be higher.

Block A early buyers perks ; if I still remember correctly :
1) 10% discounts
2) DIBS
3) SPA and loan legal a fees waive
4) Lucky draw worth 1k to 50k. I got 1k, not sure anyone here got 50k? 😘😘
5) At kitchen: wet kitchen and dry kitchen cabinet given. Appliances such as fridge, build in oven, stove, cooking hood and hod inclusive. Brand are from Electrolux.
6) At master bedroom: wardrobe given
7) At master bathroom : shower screen, cabinet at sink, tank type water heater given.
8) 2 car parks

That's all I can remember what is given those days. Anyone got extra ?

Block C buyers only different is no kitchen appliances, no wardrobe at master bedroom, no item 7, and only 1 car park. Anyone remember ?

The factor is luxury. SDB products is cater for luxurious market which not for mass market. Its the same why people spend on Mercedes Benz instead of Proton which serve the same functionality.
If you ask yourself, can a 600 sqft 2 bedder livable, answer is always yes, but not luxury. So at the end buy according to your afforadability

The entrance height is 5m to allow the feeder bus and school bus in. That is one of the features for Wotp according to SDB.
