2 level with vast inner door car park
- then will use me light to the sun light cant light to deeper inner building
- more creepy walk inside dark zone.
- no air or wind circular
Mutilevel small car park
- disadvantage require pusing pusing
- more expose to light and rain too
- dont realy on elect light but natural light in area.

Whatever the speculative MRT line 2 alignment , this is out of the control of CT or nearby residents, like it or not, this is not up to you or me to say...mrt does not make a car driver fanatic suddenly become a frequent mrt rider... Life still must move on even without mrt line 2...haha!cheers ct buyers~~

imagine, in future when the high speed train KL-sg is ready, Park and ride Mrt at SERDANG station,go north to bandar Malaysia, then ride HSR, to Malcca-JB-Singapore, all can be done within 2 hrs. Sound good,right?haha~

hmm, hopefully the whole CT got 80% overall own stay, so more people care bout the environment and take care of it and the facilities as well. Else will be heart pain paying so much for maintenance fee. hopefully i will be part of CT group soon

So no benefit at all for those unit not facing those direction you mention above,and I read from many of comment here show that no people like the c frame,since no one love it,why still have it ,really useless and stupid design.
Until now I didn't saw one comment or one ct owner say love the c frame,and if for choose,will choose c frame than no c frame .
