Well if the development fall under one title and paying same maintenance there is no ground disallow anyone to access to any common facility be it at block c or block a pool. Unless the management can prove that the maintenance fee paid by block c d residences are not used to maintain facility like roof garden and pool at block a b.

Block a b command higher Psf simply because higher ground and higher quality finishes.

Not trying to creta inharmony here but I think this approach by developer to segregate as a reasoning just to push for higher Psf profit is simply unsound and unwise. Under strata title act all owners of the development own a share of the land and common facility as well. Can Forsee will be a case of protest either from block a b or c d owners even snp has stated so and owner will still entitle a ground to protest and pursue further.

In fact the design is so nice it itself already mould the ritual of privacy for each block. Do u think block c d owners will visit frequent to block a b pool, I think definitely not, they will spend more time on the facility which are already close to them. You simply feel bad when u are told u cannot enter although you may not be keen to go either. Forced to and having a choice felt totally different.

i see.
which means the so-called "private" entry of blk A&B isn't allowed legally. Which is something conflicted with msg from SA. Else, would be open to all owners access but based on own's preference and convenience to go which one more often. need SA to tell more that which is the real case now, and maybe checkout which direction will Zalam goes to after reading this.

For my case I was not informed by SA of this arrangement where I cannot enter to certain facilities in the compound until the day when I need to sign the snp looking at the document. It's not properly conveyed, in others words misleading. For block cd prospects SA will definitely not mentioning this heavily but for block a b prospect of course they will highlight private pool etc to sell to prospect. Nonetheless I wan to say this is a very nice design project.

Hmm..zalam cloudtree website now having progress update link now. I believe those were the FB pictures. Good job for listening Zalam. No for a quick caption. Also suggest to break these progress update by month.

Yes agreed with your point.
But it's pretty unfair for block A&B residents.
If it happens, block A&B gonna protest on it, that's definitely not allow to spoil the exclusivity of block A&B which u paid higher. Yet to know how better the furnishing would be.
If possible, pls revise n increase the price to 480psf above for block C&D then perhaps we allow them to share all the facilities. It's out of our control Nways. Thankyou.

Yea, they updated both FB page and website (except their zalam site).
progress link was there since May. Just that they didn't update until now.
Hopefully they could update every month atleast like other prop.

There are SA created different websites and FB pages in order to get more sales by contact them.

Outlook of the product doesn't justify them as the maincon role. They were just building according to spec and design (even if it looks like a horror house).

Zalam itself is also a contractor, for those who wanna know more about Zalam's background, here is another project built by Zalam and the developer is UOA Holdings. This is a freehold condo located in TTDI known as Sinaran TTDI.
