depend on what u expect....

especially when some runs on shoestring budget to pay monthly installment (or simply wants to be comitment free)

If stay using wira is also good because no installment to think every month.

But new car have its pros also like safety, fc, nvh and all that... monthly installment below 450 is not too bad right for a fresh grad?

So hard to decide haha...luckily the new myvi halt its production, more time for me to re-think

Back in 2013 i bought a 2005 Wira SE 1.5 manual...same purpose, mainly to go to college. It is a good car if you are into "car". Easy to fix (DIY) and parts are cheap.
Since i am interested with car, i maintain and fix by myself at home. Lots of guide online and supportive fb group that guide.
It is a good car to learn about car maintenance and repair that you can do it by yourself at home. Will save you tons of money in the future. I am not saying the car always breakdown, the car only breakdown once in my 6 years ownership due to the fuel pump relay KO. Its just that I love to tinkering with car lol. Even when the parts are still good, i will still replace just to learn to DIY.

Pros:
Cheap parts & easy maintenance
Fuel efficient for its standard 1990s tech(12-13 km/l)
Good handling and very stable
Ice cold aircon

Cons:
For its price, nothing really. Dont compare with newer car biggrin.gif

and btw, not recommended to get auto for wira
