QUOTE(jacky91 @ Jun 18 2015, 09:21 AM) Bro..I am not a buyer anymore anyway...wat cant they do? They purchased the land (correct me if I am wrong) and currently doing the preparation work already...it is impossible for them to just quit like that...this is their first project. If they really quit now, it will be a big impact for their reputation. No worry, Japanese firm is rich enough to hold.

QUOTE(mroys@lyn @ Jun 18 2015, 11:21 AM) Why chinese doesn't like? related to feng-sui or personal fears? puchong hartamas is next to cemetery (walking distance), terrace house price's gone up to 1mil. Well.. It is the fact. Don't ask me why Chinese Doesn't like. For me, I also don't like.. Some may say feng-sui, some may due to personal fears... Well... You like it or not, it's just the fact. You can choose not to believe me... Nothing is wrong.. Just as a fact, so I will avoid to buy for investment or stay due to harder to dispose in the future.

Well.... Sales Agent beh tahan and come up clear up the sky... Good for them... Anyhow, offcoz Marimo boss do not worry about the cemetery... he only worry about the sales target of this project ma... As such, SA also create account in lowyat and come to help to clear the mist..
Well, if you think the cemetery at the end still not an issue, good luck on your sales then and in fact you do not need to clear the sky here as you should be confident that Malaysian should have no problem with that huge cemetery nearby..
