been to my friend koi kinrara unit..from the balcony can see the cemetery view..quite clear......

for this o'hako, better chose pool view...this place surrounding do not have any nice view...

but this o'hako entry price is quite ok....reasonable....this place not that bad la..just the whole strect of road got many car park along the roadside make the access road become small..make ppl frustrated...

New cemeteries been approved by mpkj, near to this condo, will have a very good view on cemetery

combination factor for location and surrounding...

the location for ohako not as "luxury" like damansara....if no cemetery, ppl still can accept la with this kind of pricing..but suddenly come with this huge cementery view at this oledy so so location..ppl sure drop..

I went before, my friend unit, from balcony can view the dirty river, warehouse and a small cemetery, very clear and ugly view...
