Most of my lifts are between intermediate and advanced. More towards advanced. But my deadlift is between advanced and elite since it's my strongest lift at 505lbs. Been stuck there for 3 weeks though. Takign 2 weeks off to deload.
Pretty cool guide.

Heh. Those elite buggers can bench up to 800lbs you know? I think none of us are anywhere near that level yet.
