yet, I wonder if I delete my name from the owner list does it affect the next owner list

example
1. right now my name is at number 8
2. I delete my name, and shift number 9 owner to number 8
3. so next owner once finish submit the response will it go to either number 9 or 10 ?

Damn quite buggy this art thingy but im sticking with it for now worst just factory reset some app take longer to install and weird lag bug if u use ur note4 for serious work dont use art if u however use for play and don't mind factory reset like me go ahead use art they is a noticeable performance improvement!
