Should be 2 to 3 months waiting then to get to that price...well, if u don't use the note 4 as a work phone...should be fine waiting

I'm buying end of this month. Wanted to buy now but can't because currently offshore. Replacing my Nexus 5, hello S Pen. Exactly because S Pen. I'd say Job is wrong in my case.

Will using it mostly as the primary phone, note taking, reading A Song of Ice and Fire on the road (I have Nexus 7 '13 for reading in bed, and ofc pr0n) and note taking. Yep.

I'm pretty much set on what I'm buying with the phone. Temporarily, I'll use the official padded flip wallet, and hopefully a Spigen or better SP. Might get the MB Meisterstück, if I feel fancy that day.

TLDR: Got monies, buy Note 4. Skipping N6 & N9. Boom!

Samsung did call me also after I landed at KLIA yesterday. They ask me to buy white but I say i only want black. However, I may just hold it until my boss confirm if Note Edge already released in Japan and also he need to test it with our sim card if it can be used in Malaysia. Otherwise paying so much end up with trouble....

Did anyone get bugged when try to download some games like respawnable or dead trigger and cannot play the game and the game keep get stuck ?

The Note Gorilla glass is unscratchable except by sand /diamond particles. I am sure it's quality is similar to Note2/3 if not better. I had Demo scratching the note series trying to scratch by dragging scissors, keys, blade across display n it was perfectly unscratched. I had posted a YouTube video n you can similarly find such videos on the web. Anyway my Notes were always in a flip case n chances of even sand particles in pocket scratching is virtually zero. So just use it without fear. Most of my phones n tablets I do not installed SP unless it came preinstalled. I had tried glass SP out of curiosity on ex Note3 but took it off after 2 weeks. Still much preferred the feeling of display without it. SP suppliers will not be making any money out from me!!
Only Xperia series I buy SP as its anti shatter film is positively easily scratchable

The screen is tough even without the screen protector

I heard if you install the screen protector in the future if you peel off the screen protector will remove some of the layer of oleo phobic coating

I am currently experiencing some games can't be installed and play especially most of the high end shooting game

Either it will fail to download the game or fc

Someone please test and let me know if I am the only one

SP is a must at least for me. I have my phone in my coverall, and I deal with a lot of dust, oils, salt water, fine metal dust, sweat and my hands are dirty with grease oil dirt dried salt water almost 12 hours everyday. So yeah. On top of the SP, I also put the phone in a ziplock plastic. So there is that. Even Gorillas won't use their phone naked here. Unless it is a throw away, less than a hundred bucks chap Nokia flashlight phone.

In your case...using a Otter box Defender is ideal as it can hold the abuse. Well..not if drop into the ocean lar..LOL.

I am using ip6+ now as main phone n seriously the Note is a completely different experience even vs other Androids
