if it was me, i'll backup EFS > wipe everything > format everything > make sure until the no os installed appear > install fresh cm11s 33R rom > update to 38R > install twrp > root > enjoice

That's why ota will tell us the true story. If it's pretty clean, install would succeed. If not, install will be aborted.

and do EFS backup 1st since one of us did lost all his modem info upon updating. search EFS down the search function there.

if i tell u guys, that there are some very powerfull spy app out there, even more powerful than cerberus, it hides itself as system framework and no way to detect unless u know exactly what to do, you guys will definitely understand why im such a privacy freak

Always known things like these can exist but never kena much privacy invasion before so I still haven't learn it the hard way

Today's performance, the best I ever had actually Wifi all day tho data plan dah expire, but i usually dont use much data anyways so this is pretty big improvement over the usual

Which is better in term of battery life... Especially sot r38 or r33... Battery life is the more important to me..

lol no. but its damn scary. everything is exposed. u know the location indicator at status bar? usually it will show up when an app is using the location service. but that app can hide it
