I think soon enough devs will port Android L for OPO since it's stable enough.

on the bootloop, i did state it before in here, it happens randomly, due to some bug on an unused location within the device. dont want to dwell into the technicality of it,

but here's the fix, just apply it once you have twrp. dont wait until the bootloop happens

enter twrp recovery
select advanced
select terminal command
press the Select button on the bottom right of the screen
type this command:

make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p15

then reboot your device

so the command should be done on twrp through the phone not adb, is that correct?

just to confirm,

Backup -> backup to desktop -> unlock bootloader -> reboot -> flash twrp -> push command -> reboot and update to 38R.
Is that correct?

i have problem sometimes dunno why my phone didnt have line, need reboot and fine, and repeat again another one hour, i'm on rooted stock 38R

issue with the OTA. either u revert to 33R and sideload back to 38R, or keep manual reboot to fix it

How long did u guys charge yr opo from <5% to 100% ?
Mine when using official charger + usb around 2.5hrs compared to when using mi powerbank which is 1.5 hrs

38R is really good update.fix many issues in OPO.but on the other side, it comes together with new issue.the most disgusting is,

1. OPO restart itself.before this never happen to me.

2. when scrolling instagram videos,you need to press volum up/down to make the videos playing with sound.

guys, i bought a china version opo. didnt root or anything since then. now running on 11.0-XNPH33R. tried to install OTA XNPH38R incremental. failed =( it says installation error status 7.... any idea what went wrong?

p/s: after trying that couple of times, still couldnt get it done... so i factory reset the phone, tried again to install OTA, but failed too...

Download fresh 38R, copy to your phone and install via recovery. There is a guide few page back IINM, try search for it.

mi powerbank output is 2.1A.
i think the official charger output power is much lesser.
